Beijing Green

Beijing Green is from China. It is primarily a medium green colored stone and can vary from Sea Green to Jade green with sometimes small traces of rust spots. It is available in both random flagging and gauged tiles. Slate can be used indoors and out for patios, pathways and stone veneer as well as tile entryways, bathrooms, kitchens and decks. Slate has an intermediate hardness between mica schist and shale. Because Chinese slate is very thin, more square footage can be obtained per ton than with other slate. Also, Chinese slate is more durable and has a high strength density. It is suitable for heavy traffic areas in both residential and commercial applications.
